With 28 years of experience—including 16 years as the owner and operator of Rexburg Motorsports and the acquisition of four additional dealerships—he has a deep understanding of the industry's challenges and opportunities. Jared has held leadership roles as Director and Vice President at Arctic Cat Inc., designed systems to improve dealership operations, and mentored countless professionals.
